The Tencel mattress protector needs washing just like sheets, but not as regularly. We recommend a balanced rinse of detergent and softener every couple of weeks. We also recommend going easy on the tumble dry & ironing.
Is your mattress protector waterproof?
The Tencel Signature Series is a waterproof mattress protector - the surface fabric absorbs moisture while the “miracle layer” repels liquid, preventing it from passing through.
Can I return my mattress protector?
Yes, you will need to post it back to our factory in Melbourne within 100 nights at your cost and limited to one pillow/mattress protector return per customer and order.
How do you deliver mattress protectors and bedding?
We deliver mattress protectors and other bedding items via Sendle or Australia Post. For metro areas, we aim to deliver within 14 business days. For other areas, delivery can take up to 21 business days.
