We regret to inform you that our delivery services to Western Australia are currently facing delays. The East-West rail network, a critical component of our delivery route, will remain closed until at least 30th March 2024. Our delivery partners anticipate reopening the lines and clearing the backlog of containers after Easter. Is delivery really free?
Yes, delivery is free to anywhere in Australia, providing our contracted delivery agent services that location. If in doubt, contact us through the website and we will confirm that we can deliver to your location.
- Melbourne Metro within 5 business days
- Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide & Canberra Metro within 14 business days
- All other areas within 21 business days.
Important
The delivery service is to the Front Door of a Ground Floor dwelling ONLY. Depending on your location/delivery address you may be asked to help the driver to unload the mattress from the back of the truck/ute/van.
Our delivery partners do not take items indoors or upstairs.
Due to staff shortages and high demand across all delivery networks the average delivery times quoted may take longer then expected and we apologies if you receive any delays in receiving your order.
Returns
All mattresses sold at www.sleepfirm.com.au come with a 100 Night Trial period.
If you are not happy with the mattress for any reason within the mattresses qualifying trial period return it and get a full refund.
Returned mattresses are donated to our charity partner the Salvos to help those in need or sent to a mattress recycling company.
Return is free in all Metro location (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Hobart & Perth). If you live in a regional, rural or an area outside of Salvos network we will ask you for assistance in donating/dropping off the mattress directly to your closest charity or mattress recycler and email us proof of donation/drop off and we will give you a full refund.
Pillows
Begin your 100-night trial immediately once your pillow is delivered to your home. If the pillow doesn’t meet your expectations within this trial period, you’re entitled to a full refund, minus any shipping costs. It’s crucial that the pillow is returned in its original condition, without any stains, to be eligible for a refund. The cost and arrangement for shipping the pillow back to us will be your responsibility.
Important
As the majority of the 100 Night Trial returned mattresses go to charity, to live another life, they must be in an as-new condition with no damage, stains, marks or rips. We highly recommend using a mattress protector with your mattress.
Please note the trial is limited to one return per household, delivery address or order. If you need to purchase multiple mattresses, we recommend buying one first to make sure you are happy then placing another order.
